Decode the Codes Contest Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Decode the Codes Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Wellmark International (“Wellmark”). The Contest begins on February 25, 2026 at noon (EST) and ends on March 20, 2026, 8:00 pm (EST). Entries must be received by March 20, 2026, 8:00 pm (EST). Only one entry per clue (as explained below) per entrant allowed. All eligible entries will be entered in the Contest. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries are subject to verification. Submissions may be investigated and voided if fraudulent. Affidavits may be required to confirm eligibility. If entering via mobile device, data and mobile charges may apply. Check with your carrier.

2. Open to legal U.S. residents of the Forty-Eight contiguous states and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of February 23, 2026, and who are employed by or enrolled in colleges or universities, or who are employed by one of the following: (a) mosquito and/or vector control or abatement districts; (b) city, county or state public health or environmental health departments or agencies; or (c) companies serving the mosquito and/or vector control industry. Employees of Wellmark, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, distributors, suppliers, brokers, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of the immediate families and/or households of each of the above are not eligible to participate. By entering, entrants agree that they have complied with all Contest and eligibility rules. Offer valid in the USA only. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

3. To enter:
(a) visit centralmosquitocontrol.com, click on the contest tab; AND
(b) completely fill out and submit the entry form; AND
(c) answer the clue (one clue will be posted at noon each Monday and Wednesday during the Contest); AND
(d) submit the answer to each clue no later than Forty-eight (48) hours after the applicable clue is posted.

There shall be nine (9) clues in total; entrants may answer all the clues or only some of the clues. Each correctly answered clue will be one (1) entry.

4. Prizes will be mailed to confirmed addresses only. All entries become the property of Wellmark and will not be returned. Wellmark may use any and all entries for advertising/promotional purposes of this Contest without payment to entrant.

5. A total of three (3) winner(s) will be randomly selected on or about March 31, 2026, and winner(s) will be notified by April 1, 2026 by certified mail, overnight mail, phone and/or e-mail. All winners will be required to sign and return a prize release and other documents, as necessary, by April 4, 2026, or prizes will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes cannot be substituted for cash. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. In consideration of Wellmark’s acceptance of entrant’s entry, entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Wellmark, its parent company, subsidiaries, related and/or affiliated companies, divisions, agents, employees, successors, heirs and all judges of the Contest harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or losses for its/their actions arising from, or related to, the drawing and handling of entrant’s entry, the use and/or publication of the entry and the conducting, advertising and sponsoring of this Contest. Wellmark offers Wellmark’s customers a loyalty program that provides certain perks, such as rewards and exclusive offers. We may also provide other programs, such as sweepstakes, contests, or other similar promotional campaigns (collectively, the “Loyalty Programs”). When you sign up for one of these Loyalty Programs, Wellmark typically asks you to provide your name and contact information (such as email address and/or phone number). Because Wellmark’s Loyalty Programs involve the collection of personal information, they might be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under certain states’ privacy laws. The value of your personal information provided to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable Loyalty Program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to Loyalty Program participants. You may withdraw from participating in a Loyalty Program at any time by contacting us using the designated method set forth in the applicable Loyalty Program rules.

7. Wellmark is not responsible for: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, internet service providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Contest; or (b) any malfunction of entrant’s computer, telephone or cable transmission or hardware/software malfunction.

8. This Contest cannot be republished in any other medium without the express written consent of Wellmark.
